On December 10, 2021, a devastating tornado left a 500kV powerline in ruins. Seventeen lattice steel structures crumbled and twisted leaving tens of thousands without power. The Neosho School District received funding through The Next Step Ballot Measure to pay for several upgrades to the Neosho School District facilities. Thus far, three projects are completed including two school storm shelters and the High School End Zone Facility.

Allgeier Martin had a company-wide meeting covering the new mission and vision statements, as well as a three-year strategic plan for the company going forward.
