We sat down with Senior Engineer, Gene Spears, and our newest Graduate Engineer, Spencer Warrick, to discuss their different views and points in their careers. Join us in our conversations across generations!
Spencer Warrick
Spencer began at AMA as an Intern the Summer of 2021. In June he returns as a Design Engineer focusing on water and wastewater tasks. Mr. Warrick graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering.
Gene Spears
Gene has been with AMA since 1966. He is a Senior Vice President specializing in water and wastewater projects. Mr. Spears graduated from the University of Missouri in 1964 with a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering with a minor in Construction Management.

Gabe provides marketing leadership for Allgeier, Martin and Associates. He regularly writes and teaches on marketing and business development topics for the A/E/C industry. He earned his Certified Professional Services Marketer designation in 2012 and become a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services in 2020.
