A Company of Strategic Change

On May 26, Allgeier Martin had a company-wide meeting covering the new mission and vision statements, as well as a three-year strategic plan for the company going forward. Our leadership has worked hard to understand, listen, and respond to the needs of the employees, the clients, and the company.

AMA is working alongside Zweig Group to plan and fulfill these new initiatives. Zweig Group's main roles are to 1) facilitate our discussions on what we want, and 2) give us a perspective to think about what we want and how we are operating. The consultant was very impressed with our company culture and that our focus is on our employees over the bottom line. Through this new strategy, this will remain a constant.
